Xinglass

The Xinglass QX-GTH glass tempering furnace features advanced automatic functions to reduce production and labor costs, while improving heating performance and glass quality. It is designed for a wide range of glass types, including clear, patterned, sandblasted, coated and bent. The control system features an intelligent heating control algorithm that offers more reliability and flexibility in the heating process. The quench section uses the inertia of blower impellers for cooling the glass, which minimizes energy use.

The washing section of the machine features a conductivity kit for osmosis water savings and automatic monitoring, and a cascaded water system that guarantees clean water. Schiatti Angelo Srl

Schiatti model TFV 200 vertical drilling/milling machine can operate independently or in line with other machines. The machine’s drilling capacity is 3 millimeters to 85 mm diameter, while milling shapes on glass in thicknesses of 3 mm to 19 mm. The machine is composed of three independent sections: entry conveyor; enclosed open top central chamber for glass processing; and exit conveyor. It is completely automated by the dedicated program installed in the internal PLC, which manages all the machine functions.
