Slitting line
The Glass Rectangle Slitting (Strip Cutter) helps fabricators that need to process small lites for applications such as refrigerator shelves. They may find it is more costly and difficult to handle if the raw float glass comes in small pieces. The Glassline slitting line allows the glass to be shipped in larger blanks and slit, or cut down into the smaller pieces. The line features multiple cutting heads that score a sheet in a straight line. The glass is then transferred, and the scores are snapped.
Machining center
The Satellite XTE by Emmegi is a 5-axis CNC mobile gantry machining center, designed to run milling, drilling, threading and cutting processes on large bars in aluminum, PVC, light alloys and steel. The mobile part of the machine mainly consists of a gantry equipped with precision motorization rack. The high-power electrospindle, 15 kilowatts in S1, with HSK-63F tool connection allows heavy-duty machining to be run with speed and accurate results.

Insulating Glass Parallel Process Line
Erdman’s Vertical Insulating Glass Parallel Process Line derives its name from the innovation of shuttling the topping lite to a back lane. Therefore, the two glass lites run parallel to each other, leading to a significant increase in speed. Compared to traditional IG processes, the line is more ergonomic and has less wasted motion by the operator. There are no manual touches to glass after washer and no close contact between operators. It requires three to four operators, versus seven to nine on a traditional line. The line also includes auto placement of spacer location, and argon is filled and finished on the line.

Static cutting table
Eastman’s static table system is capable of cutting, marking and punching virtually any flexible material at speeds of up to 60 inches per second. The static cutting table can process materials like nylon and vinyl as well as difficult-to-cut materials—such as polystrand, p-tex and fiberglass-polyester blends. The system’s high-precision configuration features multi-axis motion for more defined and accurate cuts. Material is spread across the static table by an operator or with the use of a pneumatic gripper bar.

Coating machine
The FuseCube Express is DFI’s newest coating machine that applies Diamon-Fusion protective coating onto both sides of the glass. The coating is applied through a proprietary chemical vapor deposition process, transforming ordinary glass into a high-performing, water-repellent surface. Unique to its class, the FuseCube Express can treat 1 to 5 lites in under 10 minutes and has a minimal footprint (5 by 6 feet) that can meet the demands of both small and larger-sized fabricators. The machine also includes a touch screen monitor, built-in evacuation system, multi-run cartridge system, real-time monitoring, and backup systems, making it simple, reliable and easy to use.
