CNC work center

The VDM 1636 CN by Bavelloni America is a compact, versatile, vertical CNC work center designed for precise and fast drilling, countersinking, milling and notch grinding in a single automatic cycle. The base houses the inlet element, milling/drilling module and output element. The vertical structure with a single workstation minimizes space requirements, automates the work cycle and simplifies water collection. The central workstation features a double drilling head and rotating tool storage. Milling is executed with the glass stationary, secured by suction cups, ensuring grinding quality and speed.

The machine is equipped with a numerical control OSAI Open Smart Series for 6 axes management.
